A ‘block-level health mela’, is being organised by the health department across Arunachal to bring various services provided by the department to a single platform for the convenience of the public.

Various services like cataract screening, health ID card registration, issuing of PMJAY/CMAAY cards, blood donation camp, registration for organ donation, teleconsultation, NCD screening, family planning awareness, MPC, etc. are being provided during the meal.

Yomcha, West Siang

Over 840 people benefited from a free mega health camp cum awareness campaign organised at Yomcha village in West Siang. The camp was organised by the Heema Hospital Itanagar in coordination with the 50th Golden Jubilee Mopin Celebration Committee, KWS & AGYA.

A 2-day free health camp was organised by the TRIHMS in collaboration with the Dept. of Health & Family Welfare at Bameng & Seppa in East Kameng dist. The event was graced by the Hon. MLA Shri Tapuk Taku where altogether 1100 patients availed the benefits from the camp.

Pasighat, East Siang

A block-level health mela is being organised on 18th April by the District Health Society, East Siang at the Bakin Pertin General Hospital Pasighat. The event, which was held as part of the #AzadiKaAmritMahotsav, was inaugurated by Smt. Okiyam Moyong Borang, Chief Councilor of Pasighat.

Palin, Kra Daadi

The District Health Society of Kra Daadi organised a block-level health mela on the 18th of April at the General Ground, Palin. The health camp was inaugurated by ADC Smt. Yame Higio, that provided several health services like PMJAY, CMAAY, NSD screening & many more to the villagers.

Upper Subansiri

Rumgong, Siang

A Mega Block Health Mela was inaugurated on 19th April by the Hon. Health Minister Shri Alo Libang at Rumgong, Siang district. Held as part of the #AzadiKaAmritMahotsav, the camp served to provide citizens of the region with the essential medicines and diagnostic services.

Kyidphel, Tawang

A Mega Block Health Mela was inaugurated on 20th April by Hon. MLA Shri Tsering Tashi in the presence of DMO, DRCHO & other Health officials at Kyidphel block. The event was organised by the District Health Society, providing several medical services to a total of 288 individuals.

CHC Sagalee

The ongoing Mega Block Health Camp was conducted on 20th April by the District Ayush Health Mission at CHC Sagalee, Papum Pare. The event was held as a part of the #AzadiKaAmritMahotsav which provided citizens with services such as Golden Cards, NCDs, CMAAYs, and many more.

Bongkhar, Tawang

The ongoing Mega Block Health Mela was organised on 21st April by the District Health Society at Bongkhar circle in Tawang district. The event was inaugurated by ZPC Shri Leki Gombu, providing several services such as PMJAY, CMAAY, ABHA, etc. to the public.

Yingkiong

The ongoing Mega Block Health Mela was organised on 22nd April by the DHS at District Hospital, Yingkiong benefiting 771 individuals in total. The event was inaugurated by the Hon. Health Minister Shri Alo Libang in the presence of DC Shri Shashbat Saurabh & other dignitaries.

Besarnyallo, Papum Pare

The District Health Society conducted a Mega Block Health Mela on 22nd April at PHC Beysernyallo, Papum Pare. More than 100 people availed free health services like OPD, cataract, hypertension & diabetes screening, ABHA, CMAAY, PMJAY & many more at the camp.
