Commercial Pilot: Commercial pilots fly planes for airlines or private companies. This is one of the well-paying jobs where you can fly and earn.

Product Manager: Product managers are responsible for overseeing the development and launch of new products for businesses. They earn high salaries due to the importance of product development for businesses.

Physical Therapist - Physical therapists work with patients to help them recover from injuries or illnesses.

Career counselling can be implemented in a variety of settings, including schools, colleges, universities, community organisations, and private practices. Here are three ways that career counselling can be implemented to help individuals find success:

School-Based Career Counselling - Students can receive the right direction they need for exploring various job prospects and make responsible choices about their future through career counselling offered in schools. School counsellors can assist students to find prospective scholarships or internships and can mentor them in the development of basic and crucial skills like communicating, resume writing, networking, and interviews.

Workplace-Based Career Counselling - Employees can find pleasure in their present role and learn about the potential for development or promotion inside the company with the aid of workplace career counselling. Employers can collaborate with experts in career counselling to provide workshops or training sessions aimed at enhancing crucial job skills or addressing problems like stress or work-life balance.

Community-Based Career Counselling -Those who might not have a connection with career services through typical means can receive support from community-based career counselling. Community-based organisations, such as non-profits or employment enhancement programmes, might collaborate with career counselling experts to offer workshops or one-on-one counselling sessions focused on acquiring essential skill sets for careers or exploring potential career paths.

Overall, being happy is crucial to leading a satisfying life, but most individuals struggle to be happy on the professional front.
