The firm has been involved in several key projects, including the development of the Power Pay App for the Department of Power, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, simplifying digital payments, monitoring of electricity bills and grievance reporting for consumers of Arunachal Pradesh through the mobile service app.

Prior to Assam Police making its mark in digital alertness, Zakti has made a huge contribution by working closely with Assam Police, in training the cyber team about combating cybercrime, tapping into social listening tools, and overall aiding them in establishing digital preparedness, which is a vital boost to the foundation of the state's safety and security.

The firm has also worked on developing a monitoring and reporting system for UNICEF Assam and was actively involved in the outreach programme of the National Register of Citizens (NRC, Assam) during the publication of the draft and final list.
