 
						CM Pema Khandu Inaugurates Key Educational and Skill Development Projects in Changlang District
Chief Minister Pema Khandu inaugurated a series of vital educational and skill development projects in Changlang district, reaffirming the Government’s commitment to empowering students and uplifting local communities through holistic growth.
At Balinong, the Chief Minister inaugurated the Project Lit-Phat Smart Study Centre — a modern learning hub equipped to enhance digital education and improve access to quality learning resources for students. He also inaugurated newly developed infrastructure at Government Secondary Schools in Kovin and Namphai-I, further strengthening the district’s academic ecosystem with improved facilities for both students and teachers.
In a significant boost to traditional livelihood and craftsmanship, CM Khandu inaugurated the Carpet Weaving Centre at Choephelling Tibetan Settlement, Miao. The centre aims to promote skill development, preserve traditional weaving practices, and create sustainable employment opportunities for the local population.
Adding to the district’s higher education landscape, the Chief Minister also laid the foundation stone for Namdapha Degree College, marking a major milestone in expanding access to higher education for the youth of the region.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Khandu highlighted the Government’s continuous efforts to strengthen education, promote skill-based learning, and ensure that development reaches every section of society.
“These projects represent our collective vision to build a stronger, self-reliant Arunachal Pradesh by empowering the youth through education and skills,” he said.
The initiatives collectively underline the State Government’s focus on inclusive, sustainable, and people-centric development — ensuring that education and skills serve as the foundation for progress across Arunachal Pradesh.
